- This video is a design update of the latest tracking device in our portfolio. Its called the VALTRACK-V4-MF in the miniature formfactor series. Its designed to be small for tracking Pets and Gadgets. You can fit it inside a laptop or kids shoes and inside expensive instruments. It has wireless charging and supports LTE networks including CAT-1 and CAT-M1 and NBIOT. Its available in different variants for different regions and global variant which works anywhere in the world. Its suitable for hidden installations and spying devices.

I have 2 questions..
1. In some of your videos i found you have used ER26500 non rechargeable batteries. In technical data sheets those batteries will deliver max continuous current of 180mA and max peak current of 320mA. But GSM modules requires 1.8 to 2A in peaks right. So how these batteries are providing enough current at peaks?
2. GSM modules required 3.4 to 4.4V right. Non rechargeable batteries are giving 3.7V only. How long these batteries will provide power supply till it reaches to 3.4V from 3.7V?
Hi, We never used non rechargeable with GSM. They can't supply the current needed. We only used them for LoRa trackers

As always great work. Also liked your idea to add wireless charging and put it in IP rated encloser.
How was the experience designing with wireless charging, means settings tuning values FOD and IMOD, VMOD??
I'm currently testing qi supported wireless gaming mouse and pad, we're using p9222 from renesas.
Thank you. The charging circuit just works. We based it out of evaluation board circuit. Then for tuning got help from e2e forum. Calculations were are helped from the forum. Nice to hear about the product. So the pad will always have power? Or the mouse will have battery?
@@RaviPujar Yes pad will be connected to usb and work as TX and mouse will be RX also has internal battery.

What is the difference between stand alone gps module and GSM + gps module ? Which one accuracy for location tracking?
This is a great product. I have a small doubt, SIM7600 comes with both GSM and GNSS right? We can use the same module for making calls and also getting the position data. Am I right? Thanks in advance
Thank you. Yes you can use it it comes with inbuilt gnss. But it comes with PCM audio and not analog audio interface. You need to use a audio codec

Doesn't SIM7600 come with integrated GNSS? What's the reason to use external module for it?
Thank you. SIM7600 Needs a bigger external antenna. Adds up to space and blocks the LED view

The land grid array for A7670C is the same as 7070G. Is A7670C on the NB network ?
Yes they can be soldered in place. A7670C is LTE + 2G
SIM7600G vs SIM7600E difference. Any guide which takes through different versions of these modules?
G is global version. Works on all countries frequency bands. E is European only version
I'm a bit curious to know why you haven't used a simcom chip which has both cellular and gps inbuilt? This will help in reducing the size further

It's a NBIOT module. It should work if you have NBIOT network there
does any operator in india supports LTE CAT-M1(eMTC) and NB-IoT? I am planning to use 7000G module but skeptical if it will work with indian operators..
Not yet available in India. No commercial launches yet by any operator. Only JIO has installed in small areas in Gujrat for testing
