- Male initiation ceremonies and processes have all but disappeared in our day and age, and men are poorer for it. The reasons for this are myriad, over-sheltered societies, a debasing of men and masculinity, and a lack of tribes are just some. Perhaps another major reason is that in a world of 'self-help' intent on building people (and the ego) up, initiation is more of a breaking DOWN.

So this video is a bit older, but as the youth of a nation deteriorating through acidic views of social norms and the rebuking of a male populace, I worry. What will become of my generation as we advance, or retreat in a flow of social deconstruction. It's true, not all men want to see the world burn, I just want a ride out within me. Thank you.
One has to hope that the rot will get so bad men will start to wake up to reality. I thought that moment was starting to occur with the rise of Jordan Peterson, but it looks like we're back to the old script again for now
