I think that is a French jeton, probably Philipe VI(1328-1350). They were used as counting objects to make calculations on a counting board. Nice find for sure.

If you have an iPhone you can turn on the magnifying tab and when you find an old coin just push the home button three times and it'll magnify what your looking at and you can zoom in.

The “stamp” is a sheared off bolt from a plow or grader blade. Flat top that goes to a taper with a square bottom to a round shaft/ threads.
The angel button looked like a US Army button to me.
