I feel sorry for all the aspirants who spend days, nights, and years preparing for UPSC. This has become a joke lately.
I knew a senior IAS officer’s daughter from Kolkata way back in 2010. She had told me that her dad asked her to take up UPSC though she was uninterested.. she said she only had to clear the aptitude test and the mains and he would “take care” of the interview!! UPSC has been a lousy institute for a long time, just that it’s getting noticed now.
No body want to be non corrupt officer while joining IAS IpS as they already leave job offers of lakhs to work in thousand paying govt job

If AIIMS had given certificate then why was Puja asked for medical certificate again and again. If AIIMS has given fake certificate then AIIMS should be held responsible.
You can go to any hospital and ask for medical certificate of your said disability. But when you are in recruitment process, you must go to the hospital assigned by the authority on the day and date decided.. i.e. your appointment to get your disability verified. Both these things may be done by different teams of medical officers. She must have realised that the latter one was done by officers who would identify and prove her forgery. Therefore, she didn't go for medical verification later on during the process of selection
She would have gone to AIIMS after upsc had already asked her mutiple times for medical certificate and nothing was working out.

The crooks are inside UPSC, it has been happening from a long time but always kept under the carpet. The dealers and brokers are mostly from Bihar and UP. It can be bought by paying hefty sums. Please look into the Indian Railway Services recruitment, you will definitely find a lot of worms in it. A couple of years back an Indian Railway Services officer committed suicide at a railway station in Bihar. No proper investigation was done after it. The can of worms exists inside UPSC, doesn't matter which govt is in the center, they work as usual every time.

Fake certificates are norm of the day in India. Be it education, medical, caste, marriage,age, etc etc are available at a price. The society being aware of such wrong doing prefers to keep quite.

I was affect by covid19 ,after discharge i again affected by MUCORMYCOSIS in this disease my 50% face paralys ,50% upper jaw line and upper bone removed, sight affect , veins of left brain are dead but doctor denied this is disablility
As of current classification I believe it may not be valid for disability certification... However , your case is a genuine case of acquired disability. You can contact your State Legislators and MPs to start a debate on inclusion of disabilities in the state/central list.

A probe needs to be conducted, who has conducted the hearing test, verified it, and signed by 6 doctors. They might be some under pressure or it could be a bonafide mistake. so, proper investigation needs to be conducted against all the perosnnel

There are so many others who cleared UPSC through a fake disability certificate. There is an IAS officer in Northeast India who is said to be OBC and also With PWD but his appearance is not the same. It should be examined properly with video evidence too. This kind of scam should be stopped and provide reservations only to genuine persons.
