I think it’s important to highlight it because it’s surreal to think that he’s as productive as he is. It’s pure physics that the larger you are, the more powerful you are; the fact he’s not just maintaining high batting averages like Ichiro, but also consistently achieving over 20 home runs completely demolishes all established norms of what’s important in a batter. I genuinely believe that pushing this message will inspire the many kids around the world that feel their height and stature will inhibit their dreams of making it (excuse the pun) big. You're all quick to pounce and act like Altuve is the dominant fielder over judge because you see him make more flashy plays with more opportunities at 2nd base but he's really not. As for your other comment about it being a subjective award, you're 100% correct. Very Subjective at that. It has to be when a guy who drives in just 81 runs wins it.
