Look, I'm a theater major, so I know about singing and breathing(musicals), and you can't do the routines that Janet and Madonna do, and sound great and clear. Even if you're in shape. It takes a lot of proper breathing just to sing standing still. You can't do that if you're huffing and puffing from your routine, healthy or not.
