The first time I heard this song was at The Oakland Coliseum...1992 or 1993. I recall thinking that it sounded suitable for a symphony. There is nothing like a Grateful Dead concert.

In retrospect, I see it would have been impossible to get the entire orchestra up to speed to play the complicated instrumental section, so I like it. I’ve ever heard that part played live.

They did Terrapin with the full orchestra!!!!!!!! 2/17/2023... I seriously can't find the words to describe my delight. .. I had hoped but didn't expect and bam! Blown the F away!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Absolutely incredible....❤❤❤
