The campain alone takes 20 hours add the collectibles and side missions and activities you get much more
The story is 20 hours with out the side Missions 🙂

@@wolfboy20 No, you can't preload a physical copy. Discs only take 10-15 minutes to install to your system. Preloading, is for people like me who buy digital copies and maybe don't have the fastest internet in the world.

I just noticed the buildings have interiors. Its not just the windows reflecting the outside environment. They actually have interiors.
It's almost perfect with exception of a few funny animations where he looks like he's swinging before he shoots the next web

YES The fire escape stairs; you can go through them now. I remember they were the most annoying obstacles in all the Spider-Man games. Insomniac, release this game already please.

Seeing Manhattan at night time with the windows on the buildings light up reminds me so much of the 90s Spider-Man cartoon and makes me even more satisfied that I preordered the game. 1 more day to go!

In Spiderman 3 on the PSP, you had this cool and realistic effect when you were swinging around buildings. When you swung with the rope and it hit the wall in the midst of the swing, you'd get a boost off of the centripetal force around the corner of the building. Now instead of that, you have to attach yourself to the building again when going off corners seen in 0:33
Also in Spiderman 3 on the PSP, when you were swinging and touched the ground, Peter would run whilst holding the rope, running towards the end of the rope's maximum length and then launch back up into the air.
Anthony No man, when you swing from a point on the building, depending on the angle of the rope, you swing in different motions right.
Sorry for no "TL;DR"
Imagine you hold a rope and at the other end there is a stone attached, if you swing it from side to side and create a pendulum motion, put a finger in the middle of the rope to interfere the motion, it'll create a centripetal force and the rop will start to swing from that point e.g. your finger, rather than where you're holding it with your hand.
Now when you were swinging ingame in Spiderman 3 on the PSP and the rope hit the corner of a wall you'd get that same centripetal force as I talked about earlier.
It would be awesome if they added a realistic movement option in the game! I mean whils flying through the air, you can't just stop and pose mid air, your body will continue with the momentum of the rotation! Also it would be great to choose how fast/slow f.eks the rotation of a backflip is going to be. Slow and long flips are really cool

When I read Insomniac is doing it, I knew they would get it right. The Ratchet and Clank games are some of the best polished games on the PlayStation consoles. Theyve been working with the system since the PlayStation 1, where they made the Spyro games. When Insomniac does it, you can be sure to get a solid game.
