Some gold earning tips and fun racing as I hit 10,000 gold in my fully upgraded VW @ Daytona Road Course. This is in the Shock and Awe series found in the Legend category.
I struggled for a while, I try to keep a good portion in the bank and only spend R$ unless I really need to. All of the small things add up, the daily check in, time trials, leveling up, career rewards, etc. It takes around about a month for me to accumulate 100ish gold.
10 laps at le Mans in a LMP 1 cars, it give’s about 26.000 fame, and the Quick way to level up, and more gold.. only go for the cars you think you will drive, F1 and cool motorsportcars, and not another Lambo..

I have a policy of keeping 500 gold in the bank at all times for new car event upgrades. Anything after that I use for owned car upgrades, only to be spent on sale prices, and only on cars I can use to earn more gold, like unlocking an exclusive events. Seems to work out pretty good but haven't had a lot of time to play recently, so falling behind. Great video, great advice as always. Congrats on the gold and just remember, I take donations, lol

That’s part of it, but it’s weird at Daytona in all cars. there a certain sections of Daytona where you can be 1 foot (~30 cm) from the other car and have sparks flying. It really throws me off when I’m trying to do precision racing. The team has actually tried fixing it but they can’t. It also triggers some strange out of bounds penalties in places so the team had to remove this track from certain competitions. They’ve tried to fix it but something about it remains a mystery.
Right now I'm actually pushing real hard to get gold and R$ for the first 2 events in this update. I didn't do either cuz I didn't have enough gold and R$... Now I have over 3 mil R$ and over 440 gold in the bank so imma start the La Voiture Noire event soon
If you got the patience and the time for it, farming gold ads is a good way around struggling with gold. I get 100 coins every single day and I've never been short for buying cars for the past year
We shouldn't have to farm for gold especially unhealthy endurance races that these days I often fall asleep multiple times in a race at the wheel through boredom.
I can barely collect 1500 gold before vw id.r discount and a new bugatti drains it all away. Or event archives ending with sale on porsche 935 and 919 hybrid evo. I've had just barely enough gold to buy discounts on several occasions, thus I never spend it on useless stuff like non-discount upgrades or fully upgrading random cars. Games like this have taught me financial discipline more strict than my financially struggling parents could ever imagine.
I figured something out on M$, ME - when you spend a lot of M$ on an event, like the Formula 1 events, the first thing I do BEFORE claiming any bonuses is get my balance back up to 5,000,000 by doing some farming. Once I’m maxed out, then I go through the Season Awards and claim any M$ awards I have coming. Those are bonuses, so they are added to the 5,000,000. That way my balance is well above 5,000,000 by the time the next M$ event rolls around. As a side note, did you fully upgrade the Venom F5? There’s an upgrade sale on now, but I’m torn…that’s a fast car, but to me it’s too fast for it’s own good. Is it worth fully upgrading, do you think?
Hello Larry! Always a treat to hear from you. That’s a very good tip about the M$ farming. I only recently found out that you can click on summer awards yet save others for later. I have also been debating whether to fully upgrade the venom F5 or not. I won’t. It’s tempting because it has the highest top speed in the game. Yet there are many cars that beat the F5 in lap times. In the end it needs to come down to what you want to get out of the game I think. I’ve learned that I really like cars like the VW or Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo that are incredibly balanced and can you give me quite the rush as I’m blasting through the corners. Now driving that Venom at top speed is also a rush but I end up on the brakes so much in that car and I know the enjoyment won’t last. I can certainly afford it but there are other cars I would rather fully upgrade so I will patiently wait. I hope that helps.

It is a rush to go that fast, but you spend as much time on the brakes as you do on the gas. Oh well, it’s only gold. How are things going for you, by the way…everything okay in your world?
Yeah, how well I know. I’m an old man, a mediocre driver at best, and a couple times a year I give up and just buy some gold. They occasionally have a gold sale, something like 1,529 gold for $99. That’s when I buy gold. The way I look at it is, they need money from players or there would be no RR3. I really enjoy the game, so I just budget for it and splurge once in awhile. Players like ME7 can win all the gold they need, but mere mortals like myself aren’t so lucky.

Thanks 😃. I have all assists off and my steering sensitivity is on 2. I think a lot of what you’re seeing is just experience. It takes a while to get a feel for the car in the corners. After a while you develop muscle memory and just know how far you can go. This car is CRAZY!! You can throw it so hard and it sticks… most times 😅

Hey Me7, I've got a question... Is it worth buying the 2020 mustang for 315 gold? Seeing as the pr is not that high and it only as one bonus series, but on the other hand looks like an aggressive car.
Of the muscle cars it handles decent. Most don’t have as much grip. The Porsche 918 RSR Concept is cheaper and handles better, but it’s an old car. Mustang also has an Exclusive Series. I have 36300 GC ATM, if you've been playing for years I think it's very likely to have thousands, for instance I'm level 821 ATM and if you only consider how much GC it means... And it's just a small part of what you can get. I don't need to buy cars because I have all of them (except for 5 formula 1 cars, waiting for the next F1 events) and almost all of them fully upgraded, so I just sit on the GC treasured through the years.

Literally the worst game for pay-to-win play. EA is the stingiest about prices, buying gold (on all their games, not just RR3), and deadlines for completing events. Other games I can watch ad after ad and get gold, but EA games you have to mess with your phone clock to do it. Like they aren’t making ad money? But really, why have that much gold anyway? What does it do sitting in your wallet?
Well I'm struggling always with getting enough gold by playing, so my strategy is once per month (and defintively not more!) I'm buying the biggest amount of gold if neccessary. I don't drink any alcohol or smoke any tobacco, so the amount other people invest in their addictions of smoking and drinking, I buy gold.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that! I thought the very same thing and I have bought gold at different times. A lot of people spend a lot of money on their entertainment budget. Go to see a two hour movie with popcorn and drinks and all you got was those two hours. Spend the money on currency and you could buy and/or upgrade a car that you can drive as much as you want to. of course there’s nothing wrong with either option, just saying that no one should feel bad about spending money on this game, if that’s what they want to do. 😎

Having 2 million extra M$ means you didn't spend it while you're still winning the events which grant some M$ for the promotion. I don't think it's a good idea. I prefer to have 5+ million M$. Got +M$ by collecting the bonus M$ granted for promotion in an update only after I hit my 5 million M$ back. Thinking about an experiment. Is it possible to collect bonuses from the previous update while playing the recent one? I'll leave one bonus untouched and try to claim for it when the game updates in the future.
Mine works fine, just opened it. You could try reinstalling, delete game and download again. I’ve done that a lot to clear up bugs. Then login and do a cloud restore. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to contact tech support, could do first if you want. That won’t work for me now. There was some mess up with iOS and/or Facebook a while ago. That made it so my Facebook login will not work in RR3. The only way around it is for me to totally reset my phone and I’m not willing to risk that.

The sale was in the last few weeks. It was just 30% off but that still adds up to a big chunk, especially when I had fairly low upgrades on the car.

That won’t work for me now. There was some mess up with iOS and/or Facebook a while ago. That made it so my Facebook login will not work in RR3. The only way around it is for me to totally reset my phone and I’m not willing to risk that.
Genauso ist das Strecke verlassen auch so ein Beschiss.Bei manchen Strecken kann man komplett neben der Strecke fahren und abkürzen und bekommt keine Zeit Strafe.
Aber wehe ich fahre mal 2 mm neben der Strecke beim Zeitrennen sofort wird eine Zeitstrafe auferlegt.Dieser Spieler hier kennt alle Tricks um schneller an Gold und M$ zu kommen.Bringt ja eh nix die cheater zu melden denn die Monkeys bekommen die nie weg.
