@@amirmaqsood4353 but these Legal words are always written in italics format while writing down the judgements. But in your exam as you have to transcibe on Windows Notes. There is no need to write in italics there...

No dear, some legal words starts with capital letter, some starts with small letter.

@@roufulhassan431 The exact wording is Suo motu which is used in judgements whether of High Court or of Lower Courts
@@roufulhassan431Suo moto can also be used. It was used in early judgements but due to change in literature Now Suo motu is used. There is no problem in writing both of them

No dear. Using uphard H is quite easy and time saving stroke and well designed outline. As far as you expert in the field. Will write the way as has been written. Although there is no bar to use Upward. if you take less time in writing downward. You can use it.
