Will I find Love like this.... because now it's ... well 2024 speaks for itself of selfish love, not selfless love....if love brought you here, I pray love finds you ❤️
@@Marty_Bacardi so true Marty. In addition, I guarantee that talent probably listens to classics like this and sings in private, but won’t sing it for likes because it’s not popular
I truly love both versions of the song. This version certainly does offer more in the way of beautiful enthusiasm and romantic power within their voices and is in itself an instant classic. The acapella is impeccable. The Five Satins version is absolutely haunting and transports you to a different time when life was simple, yet also more challenging for obvious reasons, which goes for practically almost every decade. The original just sounds heavenly, especially with the sax. Both are legendary.
This is the song for driving home with the girl you love on a warm spring night, windows rolled down, as street lights illuminate each other’s faces. Such a precious moment.
I was looking for different versions of this song when I came across this one. I'm an old man now and I'm sure young folks don't care what I think about it--but this is a very creditable version of the original, with a very respectful--and skillfull--treatment. I like this very much. Thank you, guys.
In 50 years when they make a movie about the guy who killed Jeffery Epstein, it'll start with this song and a camera moving slowly through the guy's retirement home.
What a beautiful song. I remember here in Australia when it came out it never got higher than 20 something on the charts and I could never understand why. It deserved to be a No 1 hit.
Boyz ll Men did a very good job here for this time. Fred & The Satins did a great job for their time, however it still holds today. Great job from two great groups and leads. Fred has recorded from the 1950 well into the 80's.
I'm here because during my 3am convo with the Lord, He put this song in my heart. For it to be originally written in the basement of the church is such a joy!
I was born in the early 70s listening to the original version of this in my house growing up Dew wop is TIMELESS! Not like this garbage today and I gotta give credit to boys to men for recognizing true music they did a fantastic job.
Tuco Rodas Truthfully, I like this version better, because the base adds to it, and it feels more emotional. The original sounds kind of flat and plain.
Winter of 92 I used to listen to this song every night God those memories of another lifetime ago I was just a 15 yr old sophomore in HS music like this is timeless to bad there ain't any R&B groups to do a 20s cover since it was originally done in the 50s then 90s be logical for a updated cover but there ain't anymore real R&B groups anymore sadly 😢
BriAnna Jackson just shut up, shut up. Shut up, just shut up, shut up. Shut it up just shut up, shut up! We try to take it slow but we're still losing control and we try to make it work but it still ends up the worst!
What a beautiful song. While the original had lush production, this one excels in the power of its soulful vocals. Sung with genuine emotion. Even though I was only in first grade when this hit #3 on the Hot 100, I remember hearing it blasted out of cruising convertibles, and it caught my attention as such a pretty vocal melody, so it brings nostalgic memories to me.
This was the song I had my first slow dance to in sixth grade. I may not remember what I had for breakfast yesterday, but I will always remember this song and who I danced with.
No groups like this anymore. Sad really, they died out in the early 2000s I mean you had one direction they were the last popular boy band but even they weren't as good as the ones from the hay days in the 90s boys to men new kids back street boys n sync 98 degrees.. wow what a time to grow up as I did.. born 1986
Please tell me I'm not the only one who remembers this from the Jacksons:an American dream movie before Jackie got in the fight. I'm not even a 90s baby I know that movie

I remember being 15 years old, up late on the phone with a guy that I liked -- and he sang this song to me -- Never will forget it~
That's so cute
I was born in ‘77, and I was 15 in ‘92 when this came out. I used to sing this to my girlfriend over the phone. I wonder if that’s you???
Was "I dont answer questions" your boyfriend!?

They don't make them like this anymore. Their harmonious and melodic voices are on point.
Sad thing is that the talent is there, just that it's wasted on mindless garbage. It's a society thing. It sucks.
So Sad!
@@Marty_Bacardi so true Marty. In addition, I guarantee that talent probably listens to classics like this and sings in private, but won’t sing it for likes because it’s not popular
Correct…they are one of the only groups who are capable of covering this well.

I’m a 90s kid, so I’ve always loved this song. However, time passes and I forgot it...until Netflix’s The Irishman reminded me. Who else?

The best accapella and harmony I ever seen life time love them since I was seven year old wanted to sing to the older girls
It’s amazing that it all started on the street corner in Philadelphia. A dream and a voice always perfect harmony 🎶😎

I see 200 people out there have no taste. This cover is AWESOME!! 💕💕
Who remembers this from that Jackson family movie??? When Jackie fought that odd member who wasn't even in the group? LOL
I remember that's why I can here!

I absoultely love their cover better than the original and i love the five satins!
Oh honey, please no. The cover is nice but the original has much more emotion
Haha that's why it says I love their version... not you
I wasnt talking about me...

Dominic Campbell I agree.. it's a nice twist to a classic
Excellent Rendition of this classic song, great job boys
