Before adding jaggery we can keep the flame medium to high and make the process quicker. But make sure you stay closer and stir and collect the milk solids in regular intervals.
yes while adding jaggery make sure the flame is very low and the milk is not boiling. For therattipal we need that curdled texture so we can add jaggery to hot milk.
