    Hello ma'am! I live in Mumbai and here, whenever I add jaggery to milk the milk curdles. So how do I prepare palkova with jaggery.?

    i needed one more clarification. When you start boiling the milk, do you start with medium fflame or low?

      Before adding jaggery we can keep the flame medium to high and make the process quicker. But make sure you stay closer and stir and collect the milk solids in regular intervals.

    How to store the therattipal?

      Store in air-tight container and keep it outside. No need to refrigerate.

      We need the milk to curdle for therattipal. But we need to add the jaggery by keep the flame low.

      yes while adding jaggery make sure the flame is very low and the milk is not boiling. For therattipal we need that curdled texture so we can add jaggery to hot milk.
