This is a day in my life as a full time small business owner running a Anime inspired clothing brand. We are finally moving into a warehouse space to continue to grow our business. I am still working from home but holding inventory in our new space while we wait for it finishing building. I also had to take pictures of the new items which is one of my favorite things to do. Pulling on one thread is going to affect other parts of your business. So sometimes we have to reinforce the other side of the business before we pull on that thread even though that's the thing that's driving us crazy and that's the thing we really want to fix. We have to make sure that the rest of it doesn't crumble and fall apart.
You have probably been working in your business and doing the same thing over and over. Hire and train staff to do the repetitive things, so you can free your brain to do the planning and strategizing, and trying new theories. You can't be everywhere all the time and you can't do all the jobs yourself. So trying to work on a way to delegate can be very helpful, even in a small way. It just much more fun doing it that way! 😁

Our stuff is considered fan art, just had to be considered different enough that it falls under parody. I don't use any characters as well
