- We've only been in our warehouse space for about 8 months and it's already packed! Plus, we're shipping out hundreds of orders a week here at EBD now. Put those together, and it was time for a warehouse refresh. In this vlog I'm showing you the problem points we've discovered and what we're changing to save space and improve efficiency. If you're new here, welcome! I started my business on my 18th birthday selling paintings I made in my free time. I continued to run and grow it throughout college and graduate school, and into law school at Duke University. Love seeing round your warehouse! It’s a good idea to visit your big hardware stores etc to see how they manage their huge spaces I know small cherry pickers are used to stack higher and heavier. And perhaps just focus on a smaller core range for your own website and store needs and drop ship to your wholesalers to free up your space.
