  • This is a truly terrifying situation that is important to talk about because of how common it really is. More people need to be understanding and not victim blame in these type of situations.

It’s unfortunate that we live in a world where even with overwhelming evidence and threats of stalking, there is so little actions and punishment taken against them

I'll be perfectly honest, and you're welcome to disagree with me, as I'm only stating an opinion. I'm not a fan of Amouranth's content. I don't have a problem with her using her body for profit as she's not an isolated case. Though I think the type of content she makes (or used to make because I don't keep up with her channel) is content that should probably be relegated to something like Chaturbate, even if it is softcore. The stigma surrounding sites like that is just dumb. If it really was a problem, then content creators like Projekt Melody would've been labeled a sex worker or something along those lines, in a derogatory manner. And she wouldn't alternate between streaming there and streaming on Twitch, differentiating between the types of content, of course. There's nothing wrong with being associated with sites like that. It's entertainment, even if it's not for all ages. I don't harbor any hate towards Kaitlyn, idek her as a person, I just think the type of content she puts out is better suited elsewhere. She has a loyal audience, they'll follow her to whatever platform she goes to.
Opinions aside. This is, as you said Mimiko, a terrifying situation. And you did the right thing in talking about it. More people should follow your example, if you ask me. Sadly, it's not the first stalking situation I've heard about, in recent years. SweetAnita's also dealing with one, iirc. And neither Anita, Kaitlyn, or anyone... they shouldn't have to put up with this. Not with their stalkers, nor with victim blaming. It is scary and it is shameful, to put it lightly. And I hope Kaitlyn's situation is taken seriously sooner rather than later because ever since her stalker came into play, that guy's been leaving a trail of red flags behind him. From traveling all the way from Estonia to the US to giving up everything he had (including his own cat) to booking a hotel room near her area (if I understood correctly) to even casing the area near her residence... yeaaaaaaah, this guy is likely to have maybe one or two screws left because he all the others. Either that or he gave 'em up like with his worldly posessions... 😰
