As a teacher i followed this all these many years but i have a suggestion why the teacher should do the correction at home I also did at home so with out rest i became a patient.Management should consider the work load of teachers they should arrange the periods according to that.Health is important so don't promote teacher like a machine they also have family and house hold tasks.few schools not considered teachers work load.
Some senior teachers go to gossip with other teachers beside the class giving work on board.. & check copies sitting on chair... So the noise & complain increses in the class Its very true...
Miss ypur video is Nice But A responsible teacher not behave like that .some Govt tea hers make thier students wash their dishes after completing luch make videos like about that in private schools theyare not giving the chance to sit in the class room all these facilities for only Govrnment teachers.

Free periods we are asked to substitute.And to take their class and no correction to be done.
