Driving layup/dunk increasing with ball handle kinda does make sense to me being that you have to dribble the ball to get to the rim
Yea agreed. The better you can dribble, the more you get by people and get to the cup. Lay up easily. Dunking slightly because you still gotta be athletic.

Everyone gotta remember that core badges DO NOT COST ANY BADGE PONTS, and yes they work for tier three. Essentially you can get 1 free HOF badge point for ZERO badge cost. 🤷♂️
But do you still need 10 badge points in tier 1 & 2 ?

Yes but you still need to be able to afford them to be able to select them as core badge. So 10 badges isn’t enough, you need at least 18 badges to get a HOF tier 3 core badge. So you can’t just get 10 defensive badges and then select clamps as a core.
