Great video. Very relevant. I am currently tuning this very quad and I appreciate your input. Your content is interesting, informative, and entertaining. Happy flying amigo 🫡 🍻.
Thanks a lot mate🔥🔥 really appreciated. I am also planning to make a video when I tune this drone.🔥 Let me know how your drone goes after you tune it. In the speedybee website, under the speedybee bee 35 page there is a downloadable txt file with the factory tune. I can’t use that one since the bnf version comes with the 1950kv and on mine I have put the 1750kv, so I need to tune it myself
I am currently trying the UAV Tech preset for Cinewhoop. I made a mistake when ordering my motors and got 3200kv instead of the 2300kv I was trying for. I'm using some throttle scaling and a little expo in an attempt to tame the motors a bit for slower, smoother, cinematic flight. I'm not a very good pilot to begin with, so I hope to get a good tune and practice, practice, practice. Thanks for sharing your information and your FPV journey. Happy flying amigo 🫡 🍻.
Yes use some throttle limit if it goes too fast for you. That bee 35 must go as a rocket then😉😎joke aside, on the other hand you can easily carry a full GoPro on with that kv motors. I am gonna make a full “ how to tune the bee35 step by step “ . The method I’ll be using can also be applied to tune any other drone size. With the same method I did tune my 5” and it flies wonderfully. Stay tune my amigo and enjoy flying🔥🔥
Thanks friend. I look forward to your tuning video especially since it's specific to the Bee35. I'll take all the advice I can get. Most people in this community are very friendly and generous with their knowledge. Thank you. I have my OX-35 flying pretty well I think. It's been way too windy for proper testing. I've been hovering around low in the driveway and it's pretty controllable. I wish the throttle was more controllable but that might just be my inexperience showing. I think a lot of new pilots struggle with throttle control. Thanks again for your content and advice. I value your input. Happy flying amigo 🫡 🍻.
You basically need to flash inav firmware into your flight controller using the inav configurator . That’s the link where you can download the inav config: github.com/iNavFlight/inav-configurator/releases
I've build the same quad, but i'm using speedybee f405 v4 stack and geprc speedx2 2105.5 3450kv shich is a 4s. I'm not yet comfortable with tuning, so i've used some preset and tuning parameters that some pilot have used, im not so comfortable flying this quad. Last time i bought 1000mAh GNB battery, it would give me only around 1 min. Does more kv motor consumes more power? if so i have to buy 6s battery and tune down the kv of the motor.
The stack you are using is a nice one. I also got a v4 speedybee stack which will be used for a later build. Regarding the motors kv the one you have chosen are too high for that drone in my opinion, and yes higher the kv higher the consumption. My suggestion is to swap the current motors with motors of between 1700/2100kv on which you can use 6s packs, or using the potentiometer on your radio to scale down the power of the motors. I have fly tested my drone not tuned by me yet just with default betaflight tuning, and with 1700kv motors using a 6s 1300mah I got around 10mins flight time, maybe I’ll get an extra minute or two once tuned. Next video which will be coming up soon is about tuning this drone, if you are interested keep an eye on my channel so you can follow along. The method used can be applied even on yours, even if it has different motors kv
@@fpvinprogress Thank you, i'll subscribed your channel, ill wait for that. Let me search that potentiometer in my radio to scale down the power. BTW im using boxer elrs version.
Thanks for the sub🙏 I found this video for you ( link below ) in which it’s shown how to set throttle limit using potentiometer on your radio, it doesn’t matter that in the video a different radio is used because it works the same way in boxer or any other. I also got a boxer ELRS nice cool radio🔥🔥 ua-cam.com/video/bBlXx3-NY0Q/v-deo.htmlsi=0rJZuS8XJ7RQRWzp
What's the largest Mah that anyone has used with this drone please. I'm trying to figure out the right size to get the most time for flight without being too heavy.

hi, how do I set it up for INAV? namely, to flip the controller

The max mah suggested by speedybee is 1300 mah and that’s the one I am using
