The necklines seem to keep creeping up in height and thickness. The SS23 tees have a thicker neckline than say 2021 drops but these are approaching moc turtleneck at 1:55
Thanks for the thorough breakdown. The shorts would be the item I go for here but I would likely chase down other plum, tuscan and sycamore relaxed hoodies or regular crewnecks first.
Awesome video ! - i'm 5:11, i usually go for an XL in most brands, for Essentials i've gone for a large previosuly and the tee's have fitted perfectly(slightly oversized but thats what i wanted) - would you say a Large would fit best or a medium for a slightly oversized fit (if we compare to the stretch limo long sleeved tee)

How stretchy is the waist for the relaxed trousers? I’m a 32-34 but the length of the XS-S would fit me better
I’m usually a medium in essentials T shirts but I’m glad I made the choice of going down to a small for the jet black v neck fit is perfect

I’m looking at getting the fear of God essentials hoodie with the arch but idk what my true to size would be Im 5’9 175-180 I’ve been working out so I plan on getting bigger my shirt size is kind of a medium I’m in between m & l but I go a large Nike hoodie and the arms were too small and I got a xl hoodie from my dad and it fits perfectly and has an oversized look so how big is the fog hood and what size do you recommend
Should you wear more cropped shirts with baggy pants?? Because i noticed the tee being long and then pants being baggy gives a very shortening effect

Even tho it’s baggy, go tts for the hoodie. The new openings are tight (from videos I’ve seen). I got a size L (my tts) and happy I did because the opening was just perfect and I know it would’ve been tight if I had got a M. Body is baggy but that’s the intended look.

I got out of the streetwear scene in 2018 and this video just popped up on my feed so I decided to watch it. Wow, this is the new FOG? Whatever happened to the knee blowout denim, vintage inspired band tees, vans, bandanas, tour merch, etc. I must’ve been gone for WAY too long cause aint no one be caught dead wearing this in 2016-2018😵💫 I think it’s fitting for the time period we’re in, the baggy clothing, early 2000s thing but man this brand is not like I remember

The cotton shorts, sweat pants and the hoodie looks good… everything else is swallowing for up shorter guys. I wear a M-L in all clothes in this I wear an xs that’s insane.

The hoodie is absolutely fire, I actually went a size up for a nice baggy fit and mid crop. I hope this is the style moving forward for a while.

Small looked much better than XS which looked like it was choking you - it's supposed to be superwide, you've got to take the collar into consideration .

@@iceice021 I honestly disagree bro. YGEBB still had a kangaroo pocket, had sewn in cuffs & was wayyy more cropped. & honestly started the trend for double layered hoodies. Neither one of these are double layered. & they both have hidden pockets with pretty standard fog proportions as long as you get your sizing right.
