For anyone trying to do this. Don't get the big bottle of glue . It will dry out before you can use it. I get 2oz bottles they do 4 screens. Also get the airisol activator it's way better than the pump spray. Use an angle grinder to clean the frame. Make sure you wipe it with rubbing alcohol before gluing.

Tension meters for tuning drums seem to be the same as screen printing newton meters but only cost around $100
