This really makes you realize Tina didn’t like Ryan for his looks, or his personality. She thinks he’s mean for “attacking” the kids, she didn’t find him cute when she met him after the memory wipe, and she even shows she secretly likes Goldy for her sloth!
Tina doesn't remember who or the other kids in the Daycare are, she doesn't remember the portal, yet somehow she automatically plays the game apparently already knowing how to play? Also, I know I'm thinking too deep into this but it's a valid question.
Once I got the notification I was what would Tina/ash/slingshot squad leader forget and the first thing that came to my head was "did tina forget ryans birthday!!!"
