Everything you see and hear actually. This particular game was never released outside of Russia and never had an English version. It's a fan made patch from 2008. That's why some of the dialogue is so stupid - not all of it is translated strictly towards original and voiceover is done by the guys and gals that made the patch. (Actually like half of what they say is made up and wasn't in the original version thus some of the actions in the game don't make as much sense - especially the "I can't read Russian" part.)
Ah yes, the original Slavjank. I do not care what language you speak, if you thought "Tiglaary" was an even remotely intimidating name for an alien species, you need to work on your naming skills.
