Hi there from Russia! Cold Steel ships plenty of affordable machetes. Check their Kopis machete or Royal Kukri machete for example. They look weird and scary, it might be interesting to chop with. Here in Russia they are also available on the market.
It's a nice machete, but it was made for cutting green, non-woody vegetation. The cut is low and the blade is quite thick - the machete bounces off hard wood because that is not its purpose.
i have the parang machete, basically longer version of golok. That is the only blade I would carry when zombies come(come on, what else excuses i can use to buy more axe/knife/mace/warhammer). Hack into any woodland also no problem for zombies's head too.. that thick spine just tells me that "go ahead" without worries..
The extra heat of that day of filming aside, do you think that Condor would be a bit more tiring than a more traditional machete of similar length during extended use?
Here’s a song called, ‘I got a comment’😉 Awesome review as usual. Machete Monday is a bit late but better late than never.😉 Condor make some excellent blades. They’re not top of the line but they work well. I use mine a lot. Good to see you happy mate. I agree 100% that you should return a borrowed item in the same or better condition. The younger generation needs to learn that rule. I only pull out the grinder if my blade has a soft edge and I need to get rid of it, the rest of the time, it’s a 10cm diamond stone or a file.

Hello there! Thank you for being here!!
Still deciding if I should get the 15 inch parang or this golok so this is a great review

I love mine. The only thing is the sharpness. It ain’t to my liking. But after a good sanding and sanding I tell you, it turned into a nice toy/tool.

It would absolutely be more tiring! For the size it’s extremely heavy. The steel was almost a 1/4” thick. In my humble opinion, that’s too much! 😂
@@soloproject99 Oof, yeah. Tryin' to avoid the ol' machete-tennis-elbow at my age!

Yeah, but one small mistake and you'll put a permanent gouge in the blade. Just don't do that while high on cocaine.
The only thing you should use a grinder for is your fingernails while in werewolf form.
😂😂
Yeah this one was a bit of a given brother. Lol
