the most important thing (during laning) don't let him stuck his 3rd skill on you, cuz it's damage is so big right now. and if u planning to kill him, keep in mind that he can escape with 1st skill. So, most important thing is to avoid 3rd skill's debuff. If you will have troubles in mid and late game, you can buy debuff remover which is also good against bebop and etc.
