    Hi there great channel,n I love this s. And Anthony is great his pizzas are great his philosophy is a little obsessive compulsive ,but great. Because he's thinking about other people and want them to have not only a good service, but a great evening of service.

    What's the scoop of sawdust for at 0:50?

      Gives the oven a quick boost of heat. You see it used when a place isn't busy and it doesn't make financial sense to throw more logs onto a fire but you need to quickly bake a pizza for the one customer. Not sure if that's how Anthony uses it though.
