The owner was originally a seller of Vietnamese food, raw beef and noodles. No man. The most important thing is the language - reading and writing in Roman alphabet. Without French today Vietnamese will read and write like Chinese.
@@trangdoan6092 - It was actually a big mistake for Vietnamese people to decide to abandon Han characters, instead of to keep using it in parallel with the newly adapted Latin alphabet. It's a shame that almost all youngsters in Vietnam today are unable to read even a single word of what generations of their ancestors had been writting down hundreds of years ago.
With China having developed into a global economic superpower as of today, Vietnamese people could have found themselves in a more advantageous position to leverage emerging business opportunities brought by the development of their great thriving neighbor, were it wise for them to not hastily part ways with Han characters early years in last century.
@@tocu9808- Do you know chinese characters have very limited in term language, comparing to alphabet? Oxford english dictionary have about 170K plus words while chinese have about 106K words. If chinese scholars want to create words they have to think how to combine characters to express a word and they are ran out of the option. while alphabet is endless combination. This is one of the reasons scientist in the West have no problem to name any new invention, what about chinese? they are stuck. If Chinese invent something they have to combine both chinese and alphabet. Just look at chinese text book and you get a picture.
so you think China is properous and developed country? China is labour country. If Europe, Korea, Japan and America move the labour to Vietnam do you know what happen to Chinese people. Actually Samsung and a few countries already moved to Vietnam. Chinese GDP is some where $4k-5k while Vietnam roughly $2k-2.5k. Think about Vietnam war is more than 2 decades, another big war with the chinese in 1979 and still going on with the chinese. For all those years Vietnam at war Chinese GDP is about $2k more than Vietnamese, you know kind of weak. Compare China and south Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia etc. China is way low in GDP.
Prosperity has nothing to do with language. A properous country is based on how you created a system, the people work ethic and culture. Chinese have rich culture but they get messed up by government. Same thing for Vietnam communist is fucked up the system, corruption is everywhere and only one party rule. By the way I am anti communist person. Ho dog and his party is ruined Vietnam.
@@trangdoan6092 - China is still not no 1, but it is no 2 economic super power. No dispute. It launched satellites, astronauts into space, sent spacecraft onto the Moon, it built largest astrophysic telescope, fastest, largest railway network, some of the most powerful computers in the world, most advanced mobile network equipments, devices, highly sophisticated AI applications, and it built stealth fighters, aircraft carriers, submarines, ICB missiles ... while still using just what you say limited Han character set, surely.
You are obviously not European, not American, apparently not Japanese, but seems so eager to look down on what billions of mainlain Chinese have worked hard to achieve so far, trying to be on par with those most developed nations on earth. Do me a favor, look at how your people Vietnameses have been doing so far. Yeah, you defeated French, American, but only with enormous help from China, beside the Soviet Union and Warsaw block. And don't forget to check back how many words currently in daily use by your people would not find their origins in Han characters, despite the fact that they have been rewritten in Latin characters.

小时候和我爸在广西边境去越南玩，印象最深刻的就是这个“夹肉的面包”。
這家算是紅了，我去年大概四月底還是五月初去吃的，在附近換手錶電池
記得兩三年前台北車站前也有一家越南三明治Lee，而且好像還是美國/世界連鎖的店，可惜後來收了，所以其實這種店是可以做連鎖店的，東西皆宜大眾口味。

要去西貢堤岸吃、才有正宗法式麵包、平陽（土油木）昔日駛名是土角糕、像碗糕、但它是一小個一小個。
