This kind of cake is sold in a small shop opposite a high school in Taichung.
There are various snacks listed below
1.Green Onion Pancake (with egg)
2. Moon shrimp cake
3. Beef Burrito
4. Pork Burrito
5. Beef Pie
6. Pork Pie
7. Leek box
8. Korean dish box
According to the boss's wife, their main store is at Changhua Normal University (Old Master Chief Green Onion Pancake). It is her husband who is in charge and she is at the Taichung No. 1 High School. Since the store is opposite the school, the price has not risen for 17 years. LATTE saw that the price of the leek box and the Korean vegetable box was only NT $ 20 during the filming process. When the price of the ordinary vegetables was stable, it was already a small profit. Once you encounter a typhoon or rainy season, it is estimated that you will lose money to sell. The owner said with a smile that if the increase was raised, there would be no way to take care of the students, and it would be okay to earn less, otherwise it would not be called campus food.
Seriously, I still hope to adjust the price a little. After all, she has to prepare a lot of work to sell. All the sales are made by labor.

17年不漲價，我覺得這個老闆是在用佛心來經營這個事業，實在佩服佩服！不過，我還希望你們快點漲價，因為我覺得你們對自己太殘忍了。現在物價都漲了，你這樣子的話雖然薄利多銷，但是也好像也不太對吧！我最喜歡台灣的蔥油餅還有早餐店賣的東西，在國外根本都吃不到，除非住在中國人的社區。否則像燒餅，蔥油餅，棕子，碗粿，蘿蔔糕，芋頭糕，米肉丸都要自己做，雖然超市也有賣冷凍的蔥油餅等食品，可是我覺得太貴了，一塊巴掌大的蘿蔔糕要$6加幣，你說貴不貴？（以前住法國時，曾經買過四個大月餅禮盒，竟然要60歐元，是我買過最貴的點心)尤其是冷凍肉粽，不管買那家公司出品，每次吃就每次吐，而且沒有自己做的新鮮。住在台灣的人太幸福了，好想搬回台灣住。可是我老公，就不喜歡台灣的天氣。這些老外真的經不起熱，一點點熱就會大叫，天要亡我了。我真的是無語。
最好吃的還是傳統的中華料理
看到了她們用心的對待每個食品,製作過程也很標準流程化,光是這份心意就讓食物口味加滿分了！
那麼大張蔥油餅加蛋才40元真的很便宜啊，花蓮的炸彈蔥油餅，非常小的一片，幾年間已經默默漲到35元還大排長龍，台中人真是幸福啊，佛心老闆娘給你一百個讚👍

when I attended Tunghai University during ancient time, scallion pancakes were plain and simple but still delicious on its own, with scallion only and fried. there was no sauce, egg, meat or vegetables. oh how I would love to have newer version with all the extras. I love the meat pies too. Great snack food. My mouth is watering. ha.

Taiwanese breakfast is pretty unique. I haven't visited another country with such a widespread breakfast culture like Taiwan. Breakfast stands are everywhere and sell everything. You should visit sometime.

Just found this channel recently, so I am watching new and other videos that you've done. I am from the 🇺🇸 USA and live in Middletown, Delaware. I love all kinds of food. This looks delicious and you can tell it is made with really FRESH Ingredients. I would eat here all the time. A place like this would make so much money at our University of Delaware. By the Way, we have a Gorgeous Campus in DELAWARE. We also have a Community College that would welcome the owner to make food for that Campus. Community Colleges in our areas are mainly for the Adults/Kids who still work and need to get College Credits at the SAME TIME. But really a Restaurant like this in the area of our house would do really well.

Yes it's the traditional one that normally goes in the steam basket. You can deep-fry them as well or fry them like how they make it in this video. Superb
