We have a 40 foot 500 disc drill with the seed tanks mounted on the toolbar . We seed wheat soybeans and rye with it . Ours is on 10 inch spacing and we like how well it works. We drill double crop beans after wheat and regular beans on sandy ground . The one you have is in great shape should be a good machine! Great video keep up the good work!
@@farmingnodak not to terrible at all . We had a deere and it didn't have nearly the room as the case did to access the seed meters . They actually have a nice clean out chute for switching seed varieties and working on the Meter rolls . We like the opener disc's and closing wheels .
Can sure tell the drill was stored inside. Paint is in immaculate condition. Helps prolonging the life of the hoses too. I was just wondering if fertilizer was ran through it since there's not much rust to be seen. Looking forward to seeing it out in the field. Looks a little damp in the background yet though. Always good to be able to pay cash when you can. Most people don't have that ability so good management on your part.
Not much rust on the cart, but did have to rebuild two of the seed rollers since the bearings were tight... couple other things were shot but overall it looked like it stayed out of the elements.

We did look at a couple of those just online. With the tanks mounted on the toolbar, how are they to work on underneath the tanks?
