Crazy. Here in Montana, you have to get drawn for a single paddlefish tag. It’s a short season and I went 6 years between successful drawings.

Would like to know exactly what equipment you guys use if you could do a video on how you set everything up for the bowfishing.

We cleaned these for the first time and I couldn’t believe how easy they are to clean.

Paddlefish is some of the best tasting fish I've ever had. If you bowfish somewhere where you can get one, be sure to take a cooler of ice!
What kinda of boat do you use
My grandma lives beside a river and there are 5 grass carps over 5 feet long and easily 80 pounds or more

Im 14 Down here in arkansas where i bowfish we got asain carp/jumpin carp and yall have prolly shot them before but they dont get as long as those carp but body size is way bigger like the ones i shoot are anywhere from 20-70 pounds

In NY we can only shoot carp, we have gar and other fish people down south bow fish but we can only shoot carp. It's dumb af

Isnt it illegal to catch kill or harm paddlefish everywhere?
If it was we for sure wouldn’t risk ruining our UA-cam channel that we have worked two years on to do something illegal for the whole word to see. It’s legal in several states.
No sir! Can bowfish them in multiple states! Taste great too! Mix between dolphin and bald eagle. Little different consistency tho
You’re right though, in many states they are protected or have tight restrictions on harvest and methods.
We got one month in tn and we hammer them.

Most the time deep fry them, with either a wet batter I use for halibut or a dry batter i like on catfish. They are fantastic
