Finally a channel for me

I've got 2 Bob Lee takedown bows one is a 62" 69# my wife Paula got me for our 10th anniversary. The other is a 60" 55# and it's the one I use now. I've killed lots of deer with the 69lb but I don't shoot it anymore. I got the other one off ebay for not much money. I swapped out the riser so I could look at it and see exactly what day our anniversary is on. And I have done just that a few times after 39 years .

Amazing, guys! I never heard of a "clown knife" fish. Funny name for a fish, pun intended. You guys ever get any mudfish? I think the official name is "bowfin". I got a 10 pounder once. It's kinda like a cross between a catfish and a carp. In SC, if you catch one, it's illegal to turn it loose. Not too good to eat, but they eat a lot of the small fish that would be good to eat. Keep up the good work! It's a lot of fun watching you guys!

I am a member of Carp Anglers Group (CAG) and I can say right now that people really hate you. We number in the thousands and we find your lack of respect sickening. All sport anglers would agree that you keep for food only the average size fish or the smaller fish and you always let the trophy size fish free. Because you are killing the fish, or injuring them for life if they get away, you should not be targeting the largest carp. This is considered unethical and selfish behavior. Sport anglers let the trophy fish go so they can get bigger, spread their special genes for many years to come, and so the next angler has a chance to recapture this magnificent animal. By killing these big trophy size carp you are disrespecting Carp Anglers and any sport angler who follows the same ethics. Trophy size Channel Catfish are protected in the Red River because trophy size fish matter to anglers who fish for Channel Catfish. The same applies to any species of fish. Can you imagine if I legally caught 20 pound Largemouth Bass or Walleye and filmed myself killing them? Every angler who fishes for Bass or Walleye would hate me. Well, you are doing the same thing with carp and we are trying to turn carp into a sport fish with tournaments being the main focus. We can't do that and turn the fish into a money maker for every state across the country if you guys are going to murder all the largest carp. Even in south Dakota the carp take 20 to 40 years to get huge and if you wipe them out of a lake or section of a river, there might not be any that size for generations. There are many cases of trophy carp fisheries being invaded by bow hunters who wipe the trophies out leaving the dinks which quickly overpopulate and become stunted. Sport Carp Anglers do not want to catch dinks and good luck trying to have a tournament on a lake full of dinks. So, please stop being so selfish. And if you think you are going to get rid of the carp, forget about it, many bow hunters have tried and all have failed. All you do is cause the biomass of carp in the lake to go from fewer giant carp to many more way overpopulated dinks that eat more food, breathe more oxygen, and expel more waste. And what happens to you guys when that happens? You leave the lake to its doom and move on the destroy another lake. So, please stop and become ethical hunters who only kill what they plan to eat and leave the giant carp and buffalo suckers alone. The larger the carp in a lake, the healthier the lake because they bigger carp eat the eggs of their rivals keeping the population under control and the lake clean unlike the dinks that mate out of control until there is only eggs to eat. And if you listen, then those giant carp are going to get even larger. Us CAG members will have places to go in South Dakota to fish big carp which will bring in money to the state. And then someone is going to hold a carp fishing tournament there and that is going to make the venue even more famous resulting in more visitors and even more money. Join CAG, become one of us. Come discover the joy of fishing and letting the fish free instead of killing them all.

You need to get at least 1\2 mile from the road. By the first of December a lot of the big bucks are nocturnal, you need to be glassing from before first light until after last.light. Nice job on the video and the buck.
