Hello do I drain all the oil? Also do I need a new gasket as I don’t have one? Can I reuse my current gasket

there is an oil drain bolt at the bottom of the engine case (large black bolt 17*) once you remove the bolt you pull out the strainer filter and the oil comes out .

yes it is recommended to replace the gasket , i was careful while removing it so i was able to reuse it and have no leaks
