Thanks! I've won Silver and for me it is more than I expected :-) I remember the amazing feeling when I saw the people stand up at the end of my act. Wow! I did not expect that for a traditional circus festival.

Watched this on television in the winter. Had to look it up again. This is the best circus preformance I have ever seen and the first time I've seen a cyr wheel. You were fabulous, Valérie. I forgot if you won a Golden Clown for the preformance, but congradulations either way.
Thanks! This is actually not my complete act. They made some cut. I am glad to be someones hero. Daniel Cyr was my hero 7 year ago when I started. Take care and hope to see you in my work shop one day ;-)

I registered on youtube only to comment this video! I saw you live in Stuttgart and it was the most beautiful, awesome act i've ever seen in a circus! The ring thing is like water around you! Really really awesome!! :D And I really don't get how the ring doesn't just fall on the floor...

My daughter of 11 doesn't understand that you don't get dizzy when you spin around so many times in a row. Maybe you got dizzy when you started doing the cyr wheel but then got used to the spins after a while and forgot that you used to get dizzy ;)
With her in it becomes the wheel of FIRE ! :D

I could see you last Saturday when you were performing in Geneva at Circus Knie. Must've been one of the most petical experiences I've ever lived in my whole life. If someone ever asks me the definition of the word graceful I'll definitely link this video to him :p

I am now performing in India in Chennai. Than I will be performing a different version in Copenhagen at Tivolis Koncertsal in October and than Friederishstadt Palast in Berlin from November trough January 2014.

Make your own path and enjoy. Keep track of what you learn, make yourself a training journal and film yourself to see your improvement and analyze your movements. I'll post on my face book up coming work shop. Good luck! Valérie
I am thinking to give advance work shop maybe next year. If you are a group of 4-6 cyr wheel artists that can spine none stop for 5 minutes without puking, 50 coins spines in a row, 50 cartwheels both sides and most of the basic tricks, than it might be interesting for me to come to LA to give an intensive work shop. Or come on over in Switzerland to take wheel lessons from me in the studio where I train. Good luck and remember; shoulders down, arms straight and keep your weight in your feet!

Yes exactly. Our brain adapt. Every time I train a new movement I get dizzy again. And when I spin the other side I look like I am on alcohol ;-)
La première chose à faire c'est soit d'acheter un Roue-Cyr et de te trouver un lieux d'entrainement. Ou tu te trouves un école de cirque où il y a déjà des Roue-Cyr que tu peux utiliser. École de Cirque de Québec, École National de Cirque de Montréal et École de cirque de Bruxelle sont réputé pour la roue-cyr. Mon père vent des roue-cyr. ateliersrb point com. Tu peux te filmer et te corriger toit même. Et plus tard tu te payeras un stage avec moi ;-) Bonne chance!

First I suggest that you buy yourself a wheel and find a place to train. You can buy from my dad; ateliers rb dot com
Québec city, Montréal, LA and Belgium are good place to learn. Than find cyr-wheel group on face book and find out where are some workshop of cyr wheel or teacher. I give advance workshop only and randomly. Film yourself and teach yourself. Good luck!
