- Off-road riding on the Smugglers route between Andorra and Spain on my Honda CRF300 Rally. This is a part of the ACT route through the Pyrenees. This video covers the first part of day 3 of the ACT Pyrenees between Andorra and Vilaller. The ride goes high through the mountains.
ACT Pyrenees is a track of about 1160 kilometers through the Pyrenees. The track starts at Cape Creus at the Mediterranean Sea and ends in San Sebastian at the Atlantic Ocean. Is crosses a few times the border between Spain, France and Andorra. The gpx files can be downloaded from the site of Adventure Country Tracks (adventurecount...). A large part of the track is off road.

I used the Michelin Anakee Wild on the front and rear. I changed the rear after about 4000 km. There was some profile left, but not enough to start a new off road adventure. The front was still good.

Where can i find this tracks of the smugglerrouts for my navagation?
When you are a member of the ACT (adventurecountrytracks.com) you can download the gpx files from their site. The smugglerroute is a part of the ACT Pyrenees.
this route is now closed for motorcycles because ZEPQA.

I too am looking to complete the entire ACT Pyrenees on my own. Any issues or advise on when best to travel?
I was traveling in May and the weather was good. However, some hotels were still closed. It's best to leave early in the morning so that you have enough time. In Spain breakfast is often served after 8 in the morning. I did not have any issues. I hope you enjoy the ACT as much as I did.

Hello, I rode the ACT in May 2023 and made 210 - 265 kilometers a day. I kept the schedule as recommended on the ACT website. Sometimes it was on the long side.
