I have a new steam sanitizing and carpet cleaning company, and a lot of questions! I just did my first commercial en-cap job, and it turned out great, except for a couple of spots. I would like to try your product next and would like to speak to you about this as well as ask you some more questions about the industry. I am currently using a PRO45 CRB with onboard sprayer. I really enjoy your channel, and all of the wonderful advice you give!! Thanks again!
I run a carpet, commercial and post construction residential cleaning. I have a problem with drying times for rugs. I need to do more research on VLM method
You'll need to monitor that yourself as you spray down the solution. Do you have a battery-powered sprayer? Are you using a pump-up sprayer? Or do you have an onboard sprayer on your machine? How dense is the carpet? There are many variables, so trying to give you a one-size-fits-all answer won't suffice. But as a rule of thumb, you'll want to apply a sufficient amount to evenly wet the surface of the carpet without soaking it too heavily. Overwetting the carpet needs to be avoided. Keep the surface damp to the touch and you should be in the ballpark. And as you gain experience, you'll quickly get a feel for it.
I have never heard of VLM carpet cleaning but it seems like a great solo business and or a company business. Thanks for the explaination.
Yes, it is a great business for sure.

How much encap do you spray down without over wetting the carpet?

@@EncapTV awesome thank you! I'll be using a pump sprayer
Just make sure that you use a high-quality one. One of the best I’ve seen for the money is the Dewalt 2 gallon sprayer. Available under $50.
