After watching gabi ng lagim X disappointed, I came back here to rewatch this. For me, this is still the best gabi ng lagim so far. Ibalik ang 2016 prod. 2017-2022 are such cringeworthy and comedy.
So I watched the film Clarita. Wala akong idea dun sa pinakabackground nung story, tsaka nakokornihan kasi ako sa horror ng pinas, pero this one, napakasubtle nung scariness nung movie, parang gawang a24, napakadistubing. Partida pa, may kasama ako sa kwarto ng pinapanuod ko yung movie. Pero natakot ako. Tapos meron pala nito sa kmjs, knowing yung totoong kwento, mas nakakakilabot. Ganun pala talaga yung epekto ng wala kang FAITH. Mas vulnerable ka sa mga ganito. Also, im not catholic, pero the line from the movie that goes something like this "Believing in GOD is a folly, when you don't believe in demons." Moved me. So guys, hindi ako nagpakakarighteous, no religion involved, let's keep our FAITHS, always be on GOD's side. :)
