@@zoriniroyte7002 while he did view him as a “fool”, he did lable Heathcliff as a romantic hero. And this is correct in some way, but the way Hardin did is not correct. Some people are like “Well they’re not really talking about Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth but more, themselves” like yes, and that is why it sucks! At least, for me. Although pride and prejudice is famous today and well marketed, at the time Sense and sensibility was more famous than pride and prejudice, which was originally called First Impressions.
Because Colin firth wasn't born then😂
Yes I am a sense and sensibility fan. More interesting than pride and prejudice. Kate winslets character is exactly like me. Alan Rickman is not bad either❤
Can I get a t-shirt that says “Elizabeth Bennet needs to chill”?
movie name plz
Why did they have to do Pride and Prejudice like that smh
Rotten Tomatoes Indie, your content has a special place in my heart
Love is a transaction? Getting a haircut is a transaction. Or going to the ATM. Go get some cash from one and get yourself a decent haircut. You will clearly see the difference. ☮️ out.
This argument broke my brain
I am so confused
I read pride and prejudice just to make sure on whose side I am. And I realised I'm not on either😧

And as a reader of the book, and as a watcher of the movie where this scene comes from, this is literally one of my favorite scenes ever. I absolutely love it. (Book and movie fans, y’all will understand.)

What is the movie name
After
tessa and hardin watched the movie and didnt read the book bc they missed the whole point
*raises hand*
Teacher, they obviously didn't read the book?? Give them an F.
Drama name?
The book is powerful indeed but this is the weakest discussion I've ever heard.
Which movie
People : Neither of them did the reading
My Mind : None of you watched the film.
They were talking about themselves in this scene using the book characters as an excuse.
Its just disrespectful towards a classic. And as much as I remember they (Tessa and Hardin) didnt know each other very well before this scene, so it doesnt make much sense for them to fight over this on this way. I can understand that they are talking about each other right here, but it was purely done. The good example of that thing done right was in Jane Austens book club: scene when Grigg and Jocelyn are discussing Sense and Sensibility
Where is the whole movie available
" It was Darcy's attitude that attracted Elizabeth to him" ?
Please tell me the name of this movie
You what I used to think so high of this movie
But after this scene
I'm really crushed
My hopes are lying in heaps of dust and mess that they made about Pride n prejudice, like seriously HAVE THEY EVEN READ THE BOOK!?
Movie name and where can I watch it
oh my god why drag jane austen into this...???
