@@Fusionfundamentals thank you man, I will try to play with tolarances and maybe make a tolarance gap of 0.2mm so each tooth is that much smaller. I have multiple 3d printers so their precision is all different. Best one can go down to 0.15 and others to .3 or .5

Yes it will definitely work. You just need to make sure that the gear you designs mate properly then you are good to go

my shaft is larger than 20mm.
but for real thank you for this video i have been looking for a simple bevel gear tutorial and this was perfect
You can make the shaft whatever size you like.
