Ghana electric infrastructure is not build for electrical cars. Besides it doesn't take 10 min for charging, This statement is wrong. Charging the car from 10% - 80% takes around 30 and 1hr for a full 100% charge on a fast charging station with around +150kW charging capacity. If you charge with 10kW power stations (mostly use at homes) it takes up to 8hrs. Which type of power stations are they planning with our current infrastructure? Europeans are even finding it difficult to keep up with power stations for the amount car in.
Ghanaians will make the electric charging more expensive than petrol ⛽ 😂😂😂 for now even morning coco is 3 cedis milk 2 cedis and koose is 5 cedis for 2 = 10 ghana cedis for morning coco. Trust Ghanaians to charge outrageous prices to charge your car 😂😂😂
10:15 it's not a lie, there are 2 types of EV charging The Gun charging and the Pantograph charging For a small car, a pantograph can charge fully even within 2 min. But it all depends on industry and governmental policies. In the just ended 2022 FIFA world cup in Qatar, my company staged around 1000 Electric bus, 500 of them were under my direct supervision. In 30min we were charging a whole transit bus with 12 huge batteries to cover over 300km depends on how experienced the driver is, it is self energy saving by recycling excess energy when stopping and the driver brakes appropriately. Thanks EVs are my special field.
