In this video,
I get out to one of my favorite East Texas lakes and got on a really good dock shooting bite! I caught some really nice ones and a good mix of black and white crappie pretty much every cast! I got my limit in about 1 hours time all off one dock! All fish caught on jigs from Sportsman's outfitters and BnM poles Sam's Super Sensitive 7 ft rod.

Just a suggestion...get a chest mount cam. That back and forth and back and forth gives me a headache. Great catch!
Thanks! I don’t like the chest cam view honestly. Feel like you miss out on stuff that way. I try my best to not move my head a lot and most of the time I don’t have to but this was just one of those scenarios that I had to. My other videos aren’t as bad with that 👍🏼

Have wanted to try fishing that lake but never. Do you put in off of hwy 344 Is it a heavy wooden just a ? You do don’t have to give any hot spot I’m glad you went full time fishing. Really enjoy your videos.
I have put in off 334 before. It’s not a bad ramp. I tend to fish the south side of the lake. There isn’t much timber in the lake on the south end

I've always fished off the cedar creek bridge off 175hwy. this dock area is located on what side of the lake. off what hwy?
This is on the south side of the lake

Love shooting the docks for crappie, get you one of those clicker counters as it’s easy to keep up with numbers caught

Lots of practice for sure. It’s not as easy as it looks. This day I was looking for 7-10 ft with a lot of shade

In your opinion, do you think Cedar Creek Lake is better than say like Lake Ray Hubbard Lewisville Lake Grapevine, lake, Joe Pool Lake, and some of the other lakes that are just much closer than Cedar Creek Lake I’m just Curious to see what you think. I know in one of your videos you said it was one of your favorite lakes and I can see why I in this video. Anyway, great job. Great video. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
@@robertd9743 IMO all the east texas lakes like Palestine, fork, cedar creek are way better than the dfw metro lakes. That’s just due to the water quality. The water out east is just way more fertile and can support better fishing
Just by reading the video I thought why would anybody sit at a man’s dock and bleed it dry? I mean u pull up get a few and move on. That guy worked his ass off building a nice fish structure and then a utube r comes up and rapes it
