FYI, viewers: There's LOADS more to the game than what you see in this intro sequence that takes the game well beyond "turret sits in center shooting microbes". The trailer on the Steam page will give you a taste of what's in store once you progress further! (seriously, you just watched *the tutorial*)
Oh don’t worry about us not seeing more of this game - I can hear the fascination in Aavaks voice 😂 I would be very shocked if this is the last we’ve seen of this
Aavak are an extraordinarily good gamer, without a shadow of a doubt.
It's mostly derps or hubris (or an unhealthy mix) that catches up with Aavak, just often enough to quell any concerns about some sort of non human intelligence piloting his flesh mecha...

This is the second video I've watched of this, and ALSO the second time I've seen someone add homing to their sniper rifle and then accidentally convert it into a beam that doesn't benefit from homing, LMAO!
I'm not sure about this, but from what I've seen, it makes it slightly more accurate instead of home in on enemies
I think it works if you also get sticky on the lazer
It seems like it drifts towards the nearest enemy after firing

The music makes up half the game, it's very very fitting despite various genres used.

Oooh, I want to see Aavak play more of this! Most youtubers flub really hard on intricate mechanics and just play the "Fuck it, pick at random" which kinda sucks for this game IMO.
Projectiles +200% >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> homing +50% for the heatseeker swarm; that one bugged me a lot. Hell, for damn near ANY weapon; that's a 3x shot.

I'd love to see more of this especially with what the dev said in another comment even if you do drive me a lil crazy by not pre buying slots (I would cause in my mind that means they're ready for any upgrade you like you don't have to worry about saving up)

That's what I'm getting as well. Sum from 1 to 4 of C^R(4, r). That being combinations (in the discreate math / combinatorics sense) with replacements.

After the first run you went from 63 max heat, 1.3 second delay to 80 max 1.2 second delay. Wasn't that perk supposed to be a lot more effective?

Only in terms of pure letters per biomass, not always for effective combat power. I like aiming for the second, and even third, tier before I move on. Don't typically bother with 4th tier before everything's second, though
