Winning candidates is not enough for you to be India no1
Great times ahead for Indian chess
@@endymion12321 Gukesh dint had a single win again Nepo - hikaru - Caruna in Candidates. His win is with vidit pragg abasov and alireza
@@jramkumarpatnaik2877buddy all of them are 2700+ super grandmasters (not abasov I guess)
Ye and pragg, vidit and Alireza are super grandmasters who are 2700+ 😂 Mate Ian, Hikaru and fabi couldn't win against gukesh either @@jramkumarpatnaik2877
Arjun just playing easy tournaments against low rated opponents to get free rating 😂
Arjun can only beat the players he faces. He does well even in Closed super GM tournaments. Look for his performance in Shenzen tournament early this year. In this tournament he defeated a "low rated" player named Anish Giri.
I really like that Ju Wenjun is playing so many open tournaments now. Even if she loses sometimes, it doesn't matter, she tries even against much stronger opponents. Many women do not want to play with men at all and do not do so even for several years. Mariya Muzychuk played her last game against a man in June 2022, and many other top women do so too. Ju Wenjun now has 3 strong open tournaments in a month and she also skipped the next Women's Grand Prix to play more open.
Don't forget she basically almost held on against someone who is 200 points higher than her which is crazy
@@sankara760 With Arjun? Yes, it was quite close to a draw. But yesterday she draw Abdusattorrov who has 2765 elo, so he is over 200 better. And in the previous round she defeated Keymer playing black, he has 2729 elo, so the difference is also much more than 150. She's doing quite well.
It's great that this lady is playing men lately! 👏🏻
@poshyPorsche I did not say judit is not great
..
@poshyPorschewth does she have to do here?
@poshyPorscheyou didn't get the point. Every statement isn't a comparison. I am also glad that we are getting someone in this gen playing in open and actually having some nice games bcz we didn't have that since Hou Yofan stopped playing professionally. I hope Vaishali will do the same (she has played men but not in significant tournaments)
@poshyPorsche Dumb comment, trying to be funny? Judit would be beaming with pride that she is playing in open tournaments.
@poshyPorscheits good that women are competing at equal levels and it is a achievement as no other women is playing at equal level....
So funny and original reporting from Sagar! My favorite chess commentator!
Competition among Arjun, Gukesh, Pragg, vidit..only betters Indian chess..may be we might see 2800 soon from an Indian youngster
Nihal Sarin
@@shuvamchatterjee8611 Nihal is highly talented..but he is currently rated 2679..which is less than what these guys i mentioned above are going at
Nihal only blitz
Sagar's recap after such a long time! Keep it up sir!
I like to see such videos where sagar bhai is explaining and giving puzzles
Why member-only videos, can’t play just audio like regular videos. It pauses, when app is not in front.
Apart from Gukesh jumping 10 places , Arjun jumping 4 places into the top 5 of the world is just a superb achievement by the young guns of India.
They are not just improving day by day, they are all aiming to be the best.
ChessRanga is a great tool to improve at chess. Nice analysis and commentary from the game Arjun Erigaisi (white) and Ju Wenjun (black) in the Tepe Sigeman 2024 in Malmo, Sweden from the one and only incredible man of ChessBase India, MR SAGAR SHAH. White dominated the game.
I prayed for Time like this
I am looking forward to Chess Olympiad. What a line up Indian team will have! Gukesh, despite winning Candidates will have to play on board 2. Arjun will play board one, Prag board 3, Vidit board 4. Harikishna, SL Narayanan and Nihal Sarin would be the reserve players.
I'm glad to see ju wenjun playing with men, she's my favourite woman chess player I hope she does well
You judge people by looks 😂😂😂
@ooppww1923 looks like the comment went over someone's head
@@prayagagarwal5030didn’t he mentioned favourite women chess player
If yes if it definitely didn’t went over my head
@@ooppww1923 how does having a favourite women's player imply that he is judging people by their looks? I just don't get the connection here?
@@ooppww1923 and you look to be stupid
Finally bhai is back with classic recaps
Please @chess India always use chess board display that has a bar on the side. It is so inspiring to see the bar while chess players are playing. Thank you
Sagar sir, a small suggestion in chessranga. The video player is too small and we can't see the board clearly, the questions ribbon takes up all the space. I advce you to increase the size of player.
The sheer amount of ads is outrageouss!!!......nicee game
My guess Next year candidate will be Arjun with Gukesh
I think it happens every two years. So in 2026 may be
@@indianfan1029no it takes two years
It frustrates me how less of a recognition arjun has, i mean the dude is world no 5 , playing absolute best chess and no one seems to care
Arjun Erigaisi is a legend.
Sagar Bhai..chess boxing challenge with Nikhlesh bhai with Samay as referee.
congrats arjun..India no.1 again.
i thought i would find all the pause the video moments, ended up not finding any of them 🤣
Where eval
Qb3 should have been played earlier when juwenjun pushed the pawn to d4
Sooja bhai lamba journey karke aya hai
For a chess spectator, without the evalbar, watching a chess game is like watching cricket without looking at the scoreboard😞. Please have it back!
World number 6? Sagar bhai he’s not world number 6 rn.
Yeah now he's at 5
Suerte de Ding Liren de enfrentarse con el menos experimentado. Retendrá la corona de Campeón Mundial de Ajedrez China.
Pls add elo bar 🙏🙏 #Request
That tell us about how good or bad move that is and make things exciting
Why bar is not seen ?
Pls change theme of chessboard .
Hi
Erigaisi is best
I know Arjun, Gukesh and Pragg are going to rule chess, and vidit will be there to stem them.
This is not a surprise, she is 200 points lower rated than him.
Why men and women chess. All are same in chess.
Why are u showing this match there is nothing called women's chess champion, only thing matter is rating
Chessranga sounds like a promising idea. Just change the name to something more acceptable to a wider audience and make the UI look more appealing. You can hire a top MBA to handle these things and look to chessly for content inspiration.
Arjun just playing easy tournaments against lower rated opponents to get free rating 😂 This is such bs
How is it even an equal match? I mean a man playing woman.
It's chess not boxing
@@juiceeer3320 yes that's what I said women are not equal to men in any field. Tell me any woman player who doesn't lose consistently against their male counterparts.
Women and men are not equal that is the whole point of having separate wc for females.
1 drunk man is smarter than 3 women with Phd☠️
Its true ! Confirmed
arjun is drunk here? ju wenjun is a phd holder? make sense buddy
@@RennellRathI lost to ju and had to clean her shoes for two weeks as I lost the bet
200 elo lower and that is the woman's world champion for you folks. So embarrassing 😂😂😂
And here you are with a total of 200 elo points 😂... Crying about world champion
There is nothing wrong for stating facts@@asimmishra2764
hahahahhaha 200 elo total only can bark in comment sections ;p
People here in the reply don't understand that audience can comment on the games. It is how it's supposed to be. But they get triggered very easily.
Keep assuming lol. What i stated is reality. Woman's world championship is a joke. I dont understand why they play in open tournaments to embarass themselves. The only 2 truly good women's players were judith and yifan and one of them never ever tried to be a women's world champion because she knew its true value. The other can be said to be the only respectable owner of that title who could actually justify it through her abilities.😂😂
