  • Today is not a workout video! but a video on a few tips you should be doing to make your workout that much more effective! Sometimes your workout won't be as good as it should be especially if you have a hard time warming up or have some nagging injuries. Make sure you warm up before you workout!

    informative and very effective, im doing the shoulder stuff but will start doing the walkout. feels alot better doing the broomstick thing too
