    plate math is so easy...........................Until you are totally exhausted and tired and still sucking wind and trying to do math and bending over to grab plates and not pass out. No one said there would be math. 🙂

      Ha! I appreciated the guess :-) Don’t get me wrong, I’ve utilized GOMAD before, and it is certainly effective, but it is definitely for a very specific population.

      @TestifySC unfortunately I belong to the "easy bulker" crew, so no gomad for me. I've seen it do wonders for a bud on the football team though!
