I really appreciate your breakdown of the Gilded Wolves and its importance! I was sad to see so many missed the point of the story and only compared it to the Six of Crows.
YESSSSSS. After college work, it feels good to watch your videos. I was just watching your top 10 books of the decade when you uploaded this one. Love you 💜 Hope you have a good reading year!
I just read "If We Were Villians" last night and I loved it! As an English major who loves Shakespeare, it felt so immersive and I loved Oliver and James so much. I do wish that the ending was expanded upon since we finally got a glimpse of hope in the story!
Ninth House was one of my favourites too 😍😍 hearing you talk about The Love And Lies makes me really want to pick it up so I really think I’m going to make it happen! 👏🏼
I love that this comes on as I'm getting ready to film my Top Ten. Lol. If you want more friends who love the Gilded Wolves you need to check out Kier the Scrivener if you haven't already. She's also a Canadian BookTuber and she basically strong armed me into sending her my ARC of the The Silvered Serpents.
Didn't have any top list books in common this year, but that is the beauty of watching what made everyone's! So many great recommendations :) Ninth House made a lot of Tops this year!
I really enjoyed the Gilded Wolves, again, it also took me a while to get into the story, but once I did, I really enjoyed myself, Roshani Chokshi is such a talented and amazing writer. And TL&LoRA was absolutely incredible.
The Cruel Prince wil forever be one of my faves. I didn't enjoy the 2nd and 3rd books as much :( I really need to read Eliza and her Monsters I've been seeing it circulate the community and ppl have said nothing but amazing things! Great video! :)
Truly Devious was a decent book but as a mystery it was lackluster. 👎 I 💖 the world and I honestly wanna be in Ellingham Academy and around Vermont. 🌎💞👌 Yehesss to Permanent Record has a deep message and I 💝 it! I have a book review of it in my UA-cam channel. By the way, Pablo's dad is from Pakistan. I also heard a lot of not fabulous things about Gilded Wolves to the point that I thought nobody likes it. However, my fellow Filipino BookTuber or I call Aklatuber loved Gilded Wolves. 👍
Re-watching this coz I'm desperately in need of book recs 😭
Have you read the red queen series I totally recommend it ❤️
What is your hair care routine? It always looks so good! I struggle with my frizzy curly hair
OMG U LOVE NINTH HOUSE TOO 😭💓 can't wait for the sequel!!

So many are raving about Holly Black, so I think I need to look into her books!

Love your videos. Eliza and her monsters sounds so good. I’m adding it to my list.
I have some of these on my TBR and enjoyed Ninth House (also a favorite for 2019). My favorite for 2019 was The Bookish Life of Nina Hill.
