  • I went to one of the last strongholds of the enigmatic Red Squirrel to try find out how they're doing, and I explain just why their population has crashed so dramatically in the last century.
And man, was I in for a treat!
Filmed, produced, presented by Dr Sean McCormack, Founder and Chair, Ealing Wildlife Group.

I actually went there today and saw a red squirrel, But very sad because the pox virus is getting worse. Lovely place and I think the National Trust look after it very well, and great views of sea further on down the car park. Five stars from me! I recommend getting there early, because the queues are very long.

OliCooks Oh no, that is sad. I heard it flares up from time to time and the population crashes. Hopefully it doesn’t wipe them out
