I switched from morning coffee, which made me nervous and jittery, to a beer or two. Now I start my day relaxed and happy instead of uptight and cranky. I am retired so no driving is involved. Also, I had kidney stones years ago and my doctor told me to give up coffee.
Bravo you start your day by messing up your glucose And insulin levels. Beer contains very low amount of nutriens plus you will be dehydrated And might start having gut problems. Coffe on an empty stomach is also bad. IT should be drink after a meal prefferably 1-2hours after a meal because it also can lower witamins B and iron And probably magnesium apsorption
Don't listen to nay sayers. Do what's best for you. I begin every day with 1-3 beers (I get up 4 hours before my shift at work) and usually have one cup of coffee when i get to work and omit alcohol for the rest of the day. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to put up with all the other assholes that think they know how to live my life better than I do.
Thank you! I noticed on my own that when I drank plenty of water during the day and had a beer in the evening, I felt great the next morning. I'm 47 and was astonished at all the energy I had. The only thing I did different was have a beer. I read that it helps the body deal with the excess insulin in the body. I don't care exactly what is going on, all I know that I have more energy in the morning than any damn caffeinated drink can offer.
About two years ago I was working two jobs roughly 15-16 hr days both jobs combined. I’d come home and jog on treadmill for 10 minutes and lift weights for a lil bit and drink a couple beers afterwards. That was the best I’ve ever felt in my life. I was also fasting everyday
I do think it is important to stick to low % drinks, brewed in a wholesome way like a Guinness, an ale etc. But practicing true moderation is key to extracting any potential health benefit, no more than 2 times a week really.
Have to tell you, I had a wonderful experience with beer in which my health seemed to be restored almost miraculously. Had returned from Africa a few weeks ago in which I got malaria two weeks shy of my return. While pharmacies abroad had their own brands of medicine they use, the doctors here had a different type and tested for more things. Well, the meds here had me back to 95% but I could still feel a tinge of the energy not being what it should and had many restless nights. My spirit urged me to go out last night which I hadn't done in a while and while out I had a beer. That night I slept like a baby and that terrible nagging feeling of energy not being fully there was gone completely. Wow! I will keep a small supply at home as I'm not a big drinker at all. But it works!!!
My uncle asked me about what beer does for the body. I'm glad that I finally looked it up. I told him that it was good for us. But I didn't know that it did all that!!! Thanks for the information. Now I can give my uncle more details.
As a follower of Jesus I drink 2-3 beers a day max that’s all I can take. Before I watched this video I was considering myself a alcoholic at 22 years of age due to the stress and unfair things that’s happened in my life. But now that you said beer has so many vitamins and health benefits it changed my mind on it. God and beer has been in my life for 3 years now , there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t pray and thank God for what I have and what he’s blessed me with. Thank you for making this video doc. Just like you said in moderation.

I drink beer, cider, wine, vodka or any liquor as much as I like. Which is not often, maybe once a week or 2 weeks, 1-3 drinks at a time. I absolutely believe this is improving my health, same way as my tobacco habits, smoking cigarettes and using snus. I smoke tobacco maybe 2 times a month, use snus once a week roughly.
