Cleaning out frig today, had leftover salmon, only one potato, an 8oz sour cream, spinach, substituted and heavenly! i mixed 2%milk with sour cream for heavy cream, used Kroger brand seasonings in a can; still worth every minute it took to fix running back and forth to the computer!!!Love, Love!🤸
Yum. I eat a lot of Salmon. Love a new take. And everyone loves mashed potatoes. I would add some horseradish for a little kick along with the Cajun Seasoning. I love HR in cream sauce.
