I can’t relate. I’ve gotten used to not even asking my mom and just asking my dad and buying it with my own money. My mom then would just say she didn’t want any animals but then spoil the hamster. I’ve also gotten myself fishes like that. I’ve spent more than $300 worth of my own money for my pets.
My mom was dead set on never letting me have a hamster and when my step dad got home and she told him she said no he convinced her to let me and now I’m saving up for a hamster!

I ended up using my hamster ball to transport my hamster, it was just easier than my travel carrier to move her across if she wasn't keen on being handled that day. I used the ball once or twice but Sooty didn't seem keen so I didn't use it like that again. Idk, they are good for transporting your hamster to another room though.
How does tatertot move so fast! She is like running on a motor! Lol! Oh my goodness I can't imagine every 4 days! I had no idea it was that often lol! That is crazy! Also, I couldn't help but imagine what someone would have thought if they walked into your bathroom while filming haha!

My daughter inherited a Robo recently. I noticed the cage was really small so I got a critter trails... Found Victoria's channel, trying to convince husband we need to build a bigger cage lol
Try wearing gloves and washing your hands with un-scented soap before handling them if you haven't already. Also, is your cage over the minimum? If not they could be territorial over their cage and bite if your hand is in their cage, and are you scared when you handle/touch them? They can sense if you are scared and it may trigger them to bite you - my hamster used to bite me during the taming process and I would say the best thing to do is let them bite you - once they realise you're not a threat they may stop. However, if they do not let go I would recommend lightly blowing at them which causes them to let go. Another thing that can cause biting is if you startle them - for example do you touch them without them sensing/knowing you are there (from behind), if so, make sure they are aware of your presence first. Also, have you tried offering them food from your hands? Sorry for the long comment XD Idek if this will help but I tried xD
i had one hamster named cassian that just would not get used to me. some hamsters just aren't that into human contact, and never will be. all hamsters are different! keep trying of course, but make sure not to stress him out too much ✨

Syrian hamsters can also use a chin spin, this wheel is made for chinchillas but works great for syrian! It is a bit more costly though

All the tips I can give are in that video, I would just say continue to work with your hamster and be patient.
