At 8:00 y axis will be shifted towards left instead of the way u depicted the y axis..because the parabola will cut the y axis at (0,4) (y intercept is 4)
m=2,6,12,20,30,42,56,72,90,110,132,156,182.
If you notice difference of each consecutive value of m makes an AP :
4,6,8,10......
So you can calculate values of m using formula of sum of AP 😊

At 7:45 The root is 2 so the graph's intersection must fall in the 1st quadrant and not the second
When sir say I hope you you remember this formula at your childhood
🤪I was like - e ka bol diyee sir g 😂
AT 11.50 UNDERROOT A SQAURE WILL BE A
18:14 but we can tak 28² also instead of 27²....28²=784
But the equation satisfies only odd numbers, as the equation is (4m+1), which is odd. So we will take only upto 729(which is odd) and not 784(which is even)

THANK YOU SIR !!!
Thank you so much sir!
Tq sir 🔥
hello sir, in the last question the roots can be rational if D = 0 . If we apply that we get m = - 0.25 . Where's the error?
M has to be natural number it is mentioned in question !
Thank you Sir
At 18:27 why you does nt include 1²as possible value of m please explain
watch 19:50 sir changed the question thats why you cant take 1^2
since 'm' is a natural number and you cant take 1^2 because it requires m=0
Not understood plz explain in detail@@praveen-bt1cw
Thanku sir
19:49 y we didn't took m=0 and d as 1² ie 1 1 is also a rational no. Total values should be 14. Please correct me if m wrong
If we take D=1, then M will be 0 and it's given that M is a Natural no. , And 0 is not a natural no.
Also the equation will become 0 itself and hence no such thing as rational roots in that case
For a quadratic equation coefficient of square term should not be zero.
Otherwise it will become a linear equation.I think.
Sir says leaving 1
Thankyou, Sir! :)
Wlcm😂❤
Apa puriyalaa Ippo puriyudhuu........
- School days (TAMIL PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND) 🤣
💯 bro
Why to leave 1
Because m belongs to natural no, thats y we cannot take m as 0 which in turn makes 4m+1=1 or 1^2
M cannot be zero
can someone please explain that how am i supposed to know where to use the d formula. like in the last question how will it click that it will be done by knowing the nature of the roots??
can someone shed light?
It said that the roots are rational, so the only way to check the roots are rational is to use the discriminant.
Also, if you see the question, there is absolutely nothing that you can do except to start approaching the question using discriminant.
When the Q asks for nature of roots
@18:14 'm' should be less than 200 i.e, m=199.and therefore, D=797, please correct me if I am wrong .
797 is not a perfect square. We need to find values of 'D' which are perfect squares.
Still the answers will be same
Even if we consider 199 ans will be same
You can't take m=199.
m less than 200 means the values of m should not exceed 200. Not that m has values till 199.
We can see this by looking at the first few values of D, such as D = 1 squared, 3 squared, 5 squared etc.
Here m = 2, 6, 12. We can't take m = 3, 4, 5, 7 etc.
Therefore m
@@hannahanneabraham97 the condition given is m
Why is it that you haven't considered 1^2 as 1^2 is also an odd square and you get m=0 which doesn't violatie the condition m
M is natural number. D will take value of 1^2 only when m is 0. But 0 is not a natural number hence the didn't consider 1^2
@@akshayt1432 got it , thanks
Why are we not counting 1 square in our solution.one is also a perfect square.
Because for 1, in 4m+1, m will have to be 0 but m can only be a natural number
Hi. How you all are telling 4m+1 is odd. I don't understand thjs point
odd numbers are always in the form of 2m + 1 / 2m -1 .It means 4m + 1 bhi odd number hua na .You can also check by yourself.
@@zalakmajithiya5173 but 7 is not of the form 4m+1
@@lakshmi8906 i just said that ALL 2m +1 and 2m -1are odd numbers.
It also means that 4m +1 /4m -1 can also be odd numbers.
Ex : if m is 2 then 4m +1 = 9 .
Ya ofcourse not ALL the odd numbers are 4m+1 but jitne bhi number is formula se aa saktey hai vo odd hi haina .
Use common sense.
@@zalakmajithiya5173 why we didnt take 1. there should be 14 values na ??
@@nish9927 if we take 1 than m will be 0 which is not a natural number
