A good lesson , thank you. You have a way of taking the fear out of touching that dial. And I never knew a sine wave was a synthetic sound. I just finished off my Trax in Ableton. I can spent all weekend with my new Summit 🙂
Even with so many sonic modulation possibilities, while at times; less is more. In life, sometimes an addition does not yield an improvement; but instead muddies the waters. Enjoyed the simplicity of the session. Thanks. Oh, you can't beat those maj7ths!
Hi James. I'm pleased to have found your videos. Just bought a summit as my first synth - love the sound. Broke my wallet though and am pretty confused by the whole thing. Don't suppose you do one to one lessons at all - even as a one off? A bit of a hand holding exrcise and introduction to it I guess. At a cost obviously. Couldn't find another way to message you
@@pjamesbridge @James Bridge can't see it James. Looked at Facebook and Facebook and messenger. Maybe sent it to another grunpy cat? My Facebook profile will have a picture of hills / lake as back ground and have "biscuit procurement specialist at imprology" as my about info, as well as a grumpy cat photo. Tried posting my contact address but youtube deleting

Very kind of you to say so. And I hope you do that this weekend!

Well said! And I love a good major 7. Can't go wrong with an Alt V7 either though! :)
Really informative video. Going to follow your ideas on my Summit. Thank you for this.
Glad to hear it! Thanks so much.
Sub'd. Please make more of these. Great quality!

Hey Steve, thanks for the comment! Could I send you a message through Facebook or something? Would be happy to do a walkthrough of some kind.
@@pjamesbridge Sure that's fine. Can find me as Steve Scuba on there. There will be a grumpy cat as the profile picture
